I collected the cards a couple years ago, i dont anymore tho, i couldnt quite grasp the rules of the game.
Ye I used 2 luv em like 3 yearz ago i have UBER cardz and lyk 4 deckz n i used 2 pwn all them n00bletz
I played it when it was like popular 4-5 years ago, last card game I played. Than like every other game, too many cards and things got boring so yeah =/.
Isn't buying ANY game a waste of money? Wasnt a waste of money getting a PS1 or will you consider a waste of money having bought your PS2 (if you have one) when PS3 comes out? The difference is that Videogames are played on a TV, thus making them more appealing to some pepole. But Videogames get old. MAGIC is just as addicitng, (i would say even more) it doesnt hurt our eyes and it doesnt get old. If you dont care about it, simply dont post. Meh. If you think its a waste of money, invest on it. Spend some money on your deck, go to a tournament and double it. But just dont post crap.
I used to play Yu-Gi-Oh until I started to spend to much money so I just gave my cards to my lil cousins. I play once in a while with my lil cousins with their cards. I still have my pokemon cards too. I have the whole 1 series of cards . (Including charizard) But there was ONE Yu-gi-Oh card I kept because it supposedly rare atm. It was that Black skull dragon one or something like that.
I know people who still play yu-gi-oh,, I still have a bunch of decks, also the cards can be worth money in the future.
me and my cusens use to play and go to tournaments and stuff like that. But then i quit and then they stoped going to tournaments. and it just all fell apart
I played for like a month max, watched the show alot, then I realized it was a bunch of hype about some Egyptian dudes who made some cards, so I stopped. :\
3 years u i was really into them then like all things i do it got boring so i traded them all for some Superman Comic books =p
yeah i used to play... not in tourney's but just around me and my friends. I tried to have only monsters with special affects in my deck and had TONS of magic cars and if you can get ahold of a card called "Type Zero Magic Crusher" you set. everytime you discard a magic card it does like 500 direct damage to their lifepoints
i remmeber that card there was also this bird that was really good i dont remember the name but all of the good people used it. i think it was called yata somthing? not sure.
Hmmm lets see 8 year old kids are the only ones that i would know of and that is exactly the age you should be to play.
