Well, he has a dual core CPU too, so he probably has the $$$ to blow. ^.^

And uh, I have some crappy Dell ATM, so meh. The setup I posted... I'll probably build it within the next couple months.

The prices most $$$ but if you can afford it then you have the power ;) but just depends on how good it is compared with other cores :D If its only slightly then no point spending $$$

My current PC is frikkin' way-off compared to all these PC's (kind of obvious with a OEM PC)! Damn!
    These are my current specs:

-Mobo: Compaq 5303EA 470023-357 (Intel Solano i850E chipset)
-CPU:1,1 Ghz Intel Celeron II (I know, it's a frikkin' f-ed up CPU, but I didn't know much back then about PC's when I bought it, I only checked the MHz  )
    -Memory:512 MB SDRAM PC133 (2x256)
    -HD: Maxtor DiamondMax 8 (40 GB, 7200 RPM, Ultra-ATA/133)
-GPU: Powercolor ATI RAdeon 9250 128 MB

As you see, it's pretty f-ed up if you wanna play decent games that came out the last 2 years on decent settings :P, but I've been saving some money lately and at the ende of february I'm planning to buy a new system with the following specs :D :

    CoolerMaster Centurion 5 (without PSU)
    A8N-SLI Deluxe
    AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Venice
    Artic Freezer 64 Pro
    Kingston KVR400X64C3A/1G DDR SDRAM, 1 GB, PC3200, 400 MHz
    Maxtor DiamondMax 10 200 GB S-ATAII
XFX VGA GeForce 6800 GS XXX Edition 256 MB
    Tagan TG480-U15, 480W

You might want to consider going for a dual core processor ... they are the future of computers.

i run iTunes, Mozilla, Photoshop CS2, F.E.A.R., Guild Wars, Diablo 2, Hero Editor (an open player editor for D2) and about 20 Message Windows open at any given time (minimum) or the equivelent of the above. One game wont keep me entertained for a while, so I will pause and go to the next game. Makes it easier than saving, closing, starting up, etc.

besides, you havnt seen the server box i have if you think thats alot lmao

up to... 48 gigs of memory (capable of running 4 processors with 6 memory slots at a time with up to 2 gig sticks a peice). It could basically run 8 processors (4x dual core 2.4Ghz AMD processors) each with its own dedicated 8 gig memory (12 if you consider dual core as one processor).

You all ready for my awesome computer stats?!?

My computer is the ----tiest of the ----tiest computers.
I don't have enough money to buy a good one or build my own.
I hope I will be able to soon.
Here is just some basic stuff to give you an idea of how bad my PC is.

    - 5 year old store bought Compaq
    - 800X600 Screen, big round and bulgy!
    - Piece of ---- speakers
    - 1.80 Ghz Processor
    - AMD Athlon XP 2200+
    - A whopping 224 MB of Ram!!
    - S3 ProSavage DDR Graphics Card
    - Graphics Card memory is 32 MB!
    - 55.9 GB's of overall space on my computer!!
    - Piece of ---- sound Card!
    - Whole PC is a piece of ----.!!!

    Don't have a pic.
You could probably search google for "Piece of ---- PC" and find a similar pic. <_<

As you can tell I don't play games. <_<

Donations would be nice. Maybe RAM and a better screen. Wait maybe a better PC, AlienWare to start off with. ;)

EDIT: This could kind of compare

My god, how do you guys get these beasts? :( I mean, how do you get the money for it? (assuming you're not adults yet)

    I couldn't possibly get enough money as I'm 13 and don't have a job. :P Lucky...
