    the only thing i can do is doing some Muay Thai which i practised for a year. also did some boxing.
    i mostly use elbow and knee strikes, sometimes a power angled kick which can be equivalent by getting hit by a baseball bat if you generate enough power.

    when i'm on the ground, some back up arrives and beats the ---- out of him. no i don't bring friends with me, they just are in the right place on the right time...
