What theme is that and where do I get it?

 

i'm going to go out on a limb and say that was most likely a windows blinds theme buddy.

Windows blinds is a program that lets you safely change the look of many features on your PC.

too many icons on your desktop m8...

 

All the programs i download stick a icon there i just never erase them
