    I think that's avetunes, a widgety type thing on the widget-esque program, aveDesk.

    Wincustomize.com
    On the right of the screen (navigation bar) Click on windows media player

    Then search for 'ipod' Then you can find a skin for it. Also you can find a skin for other things as well

    (Thats how he got the itunes icon ;) )

    What I do for an apple dock...

    Iced.. did you manually change all of your icons with those vista ones or is it all theme?
