I'm part of the [ACE] sniper clan in UT99 and [MOB] clan in UT2k4 so i think i like them both. Halo2 only lasted 12 hours before i got bored with it. Online was lame as you had these nOObs running round verbally abusing everyone. If i want that i'll go into town and get wasted.
Actually, the only shooting games I've got are: Metroid Prime & Metroid Prime 2 Not really into that genre, but those are really different than normal FPS, so I like them.
#1 - CounterStrike #2 - Halo 2(Have not played 1) #3 - Unreal Tournament(It would be #1, but the fact that CS is sort of realism outweighs the fantasy of UT) Those are the only fps I have played for ALONG time, I have heard COD and BF2 were really good aswell.

Halo 1 and 2 were the best shooters I ever played. Unreal is pretty awesome too!!! Halo is one of a kind. But I think Halo 2 could have been a little better. I think Bungie was just too rushed. Can't wait until Halo 3.
Counter Strike is the best but there are other good games like Call Of Duty and Unreal Tournament and even Day Of Defeat is quite good (source )
Socom 2 overpowers Socom 3.. But the user players r more friendly and more tactful on Socom 3.. I agree and i havnt played Battlefield 2 yet.
