You got the skills in flash u just need practise now, i did ----ty templates when i started out aswell (with over bevels ect..) but don worry, u will eventually get good at it. Just keep making templates even if they are ---- but slowly try and make templates based off other peoples templates that u like, you will eventually get the hang of it. Dont let ppl discourage you.
