um dunno whered this go but my xbox 360 headset wont work? i just got my 360 a few days ago and on XBL when i try and play GRAW my headset isnt working. help? lol
dont know the only game i have currently is GRAW i recorded a voice message just to test it and my voice came in fine but when im on graw, all my settings are correct, but still nothing
Thats what Microsoft does with their stuff. Try calling them and ask them about the warrenty, but if that fails call the store
MS is uselss and try this: Plug your headset in after the your controller and game is on. Unplug, Replug your headset in Or use an Original Xbox headset.
tried all that im beginning to re-think some ppl say these are little signs when they had a defective xbox ill try the regular headset and if that doesnt work, i got the gamestop warranty so i could just get it replaced thee and not deal with MS
i know whats wrong, you have got your parent control settings so that you can only talk and hear friends, just change the settings and it should work
Yea, that is most likely the problem. Most of the time the default setting is so you can only hear friends. That's what happened to me at least.
If it works out of game, and on an official controller, than its not the hardware. My headset when I first got my 360 was fine, but it started to get really bad quality and then cut in and out after 3 days of use. I returned it, and ive had the same one for like 2 months, works perfect.
