I think it means you have to 15 posts, but also have to be registered for 15 days to get access to that forum
No i think nos is right cuz i cant get in etither. I might not post as much aso thers but i sure do come here about once or twice a day to check up. And i do post when i feel necessary, I am still trying to make good looking sigs, Im like in a slump with making them.
no you dont have to be a member for 15 days casuse i just signed up yesterday and i am able to access them
