    Its a calf diagnosed with Cyclopia its very common in animals. They usually don't live long after birth, the mother might of ingested something that might have caused it..

    I've been trying to find like a news report of it or something but I can't. The picture itself originated from a veterinarian website I believe, according to the watermark anyways.
