    Umm the style sheet isn't loading right. Refresh. If that doesn't work, quit the browser, try again.

    Sometimes that happens at the start you have to wait for it to load. If you have do what ^ said. If neither work, take out the Internet and try again after 10 seconds.

    Either do a hard refresh (ctrl+F5) or clear your cache.
    And I can't see why this is in General Discussion..
