I have played wow before, and decided to stop playing after awhile and I was thinking about getting back into it. I stopped playing after I got satellite internet after we moved, and my latency ran from 900-1.4k 900 being peak times, and as a Mage or Hunter I was able to get by ok, on a pve realm. but frost Mage Grinding was out. Now I see they have the new expansion coming out. So I was wondering if Yall think it wouldn't be worth it with my latency. Or if I should play something more turn based like Runescape =( or just go buy a ps3 and dish out on there. Thanks
I know niether is bad it's just the latency it's impossible to get around the latency with satellite, I was just wondering if it is worth it.
personal preference if you want to come back and play the game, with that type of latency, and feel you will be able to enjoy it, then go for it If you feel it will be a waste of time cause you're always dieing, or being beaten to a quest mob, then dont. Its your personal preference, you cant really ask an online forums if you want to come back to a game or not?
I'm not, I'm asking if anybody uses satellite internet, while playing the game. And if there able to manage it.
2 things. 1/ Expansion is not coming out soon, depending on what you mean by...soon. (At LEAST 6 months) 2/ Don't play Runescape. 3/ Why splash out on PS3? <Cough> 360. Ok so that's 3 things. Oh, 4. 4/ Yes it's worth it. <3 WoW
lol I love wow also I think I'm going to do it after scanning multiple forums it seems theres alot of users. just anything melee is out and pvp is really out. and runescape is horrible imo ps3 ftw =)
