Wow Account Selling?

I know its against there policy to sell accounts etc but does anyone know where you can actually sell them? ebay has banned it? i have 2x70 Rogues and a 70 mage i dont play anymore and im sure someone out there would but it lol

or what they do with runescape...

Say, selling joke, Wow account free.
