ok, i was wondering if it would be allowed if anyone here on GameRenders posted a topic in this secion or general, saying " Hey, i was wondering if any1 would be willing to start a website with me? "

Can't see why not, if your not posting the link, which you are allowed to have a small one in your sig, IMO this is OK, but I'm not an admin or anything so I can't say if it's allowed or not.

 

Im sure you can as long as you do not advertise the url
