World Would Be Better If Guns Were Not Sold.

Ok every night I watch the new's, and every night I see on all the channels that such and such died because they were shot walking home from school. Im sick of all the guns being sold in america. I think the world would be better if guns could not be sold at all not even hunting purposes. People go and drink, or get hi. Then make bad choices. To many death's in the world and no one gets blaimed because they take off in there cars. I really think the cops,and army should be able to use guns. It would bring the death rate down. In america to many people die. Im from Philly,Pa, and theres gun shots going off every night, and people dieing on the block when I go to school. For example I was walking to school the other day and THERE WAS A DEAD WOMEN LYING IN THE TRASH CAN!, I ran over and seen if she was alive at all and she was seeming to be shot about 4 times in the chest. It was sick and I never want to witness any thing like that in my life again. It's to much horror for the world. I think there should be a law passed around as we go into the 2006 year. This is my idea of a better world so... Just post if you think its right or not.

P.S.-Its true I did see that women in the trash can, no lie. I ran home and called the cop's. I didnt go to school that day. I was to horrofied to walk out of my house. I then found out who she was a mother of and went over there house and talked to the mothers children and the father. Im nice like that. I explained to the kids that the mother was murdered "In a kid way, I didnt mean to be crule but its life", and my mother died when I was 8 years of age, she was shot 3 times in the back walking to work.

 

Umm i love guns and when i go to Iraq guns are going to protect me from the enemy...so if guns would not be in this world ...ya it would be nice but reality there is guns and most the time its being used by some one wanting to kill something.

 

yeah i love guns, but without guns, world would be a better place,

but not just that we have other problems such as breaking the O-Zone layer, Bird flu, War etc etc, prolly Gun problems is the last problem we have

Ok what happens next? There will be a law that when someone runs from the cops they can shoot at the un armed perosn running away and the guy could be killed by the cops and nothing happens to the cops yet there is a dead guy from a matter that could be nothing?

Yes you have your good guys and your bad guys but not one simple law will change the death rate. Just about anything can be used to kill someone, a glass, electrical wire and a bath tub, a chair, anything could be used to kill someone. Why would one simple thing, a gun, help lower it down. If they don't have a gun, what other crazy idea will they come up with? More bombs thrown around so not only their main target will die but the spectators around them....

As for the death of that one woman you seen down a street, i feel sorry for them but things do happen aswell as i feel sorry for what happen to your mother all i can say is, "These things happen, don't lose from them, only learn."

Guns possesed by criminals are most of the time obtained illegally, passing a law to "ban" gun possession will hardly cut down the amount of criminals with guns. But it will leave people who use guns for self defense powerless.

 

guns are useful, if all cops no longer had guns, then what about the criminals with guns, they would take over the city since the police would be powerless.

if guns were not invented, something else would have, war is part of human instinct and cannot be stopped, ever since cavemen they were making clubs and other weapons

Wishing for no guns sold is like wishing for world peace, I hate to break it to you... while it's all warm and fuzzy to think about, it will never happen, and there will always be messed up people willing to do messed up things. Like previously implied, if not guns, that woman would have stab wounds, or strangled with a wire, or being beaten over the head with a brick. If a would-be killer wanted to kill, he or she would find a way.

Guns can be bad and good

Guns help USA in the war
Guns kill people for rights or wrong
Guns kill animals to feed the family
Guns is good for Terrorist situations
etc etc

 

We can't really change the fact that we have guns in our world. We can't just take every gun away from everyone.
