only like 6 countries have nuclear weapons at the moment. the US, Russia, India, Pakistan, China, Britain and Israel. Iran and North korea are said to be in the process of making them, and there are a few former USSR countries that have abandoned their piles. I've never believed that it was done by outside forces, personally. I just don't trust Bush, and I can almost read his ambitions off of his face.
