I don't get it aye, we wiped countless times last week on Sarth +2D/1D and ended up going no drakes last week with a full raid, then this week we clear 2 drakes 23 people with ease. Meh I got my Obsidian Greathelm, but still wtf. /shrug
I did, but my dk being best in slot equipment isn't good enough when I don't have any parses that are currently hosted to show my performance.
Games are too different to compare. It's obviously doing something right though considering its the only world wide sponsored MMORPG in the world and it has the most players...
Pretty sure Korea is schooling all our asses at the moment. Pretty sure you're comparing an FPS to an MMO? Good luck, two totally different genres. You also said pwns. =( Edit: I think I overused 'pretty sure'
Pretty sure US stills holds world records in most areas of the game. Pretty sure in all forms of competitive PvP US has been excelling over other sponsored teams. The only Euro team to do well in sponsored game play was SK Gaming EU (which is composed of US players) and Nihilum (which never took #1). Korea hasn't won a sponsored tournament. Koreans have always have weird like 2900-3100 ratings in arenas, that doesn't mean anything except that they play way too much arena for 1 point games. When it comes to Progression Deus Vox and Ensidia have Asians dominated by a landslide in terms of just time taken to clear content (not even factoring that we get it much sooner and thus strat guides are available for every encounter by the time Koroean's get the game). Proof? Coming from a former sponsored player I keep my eye on the sponsored competitions and I haven't ever seen an asian team beat a US or EU team. Oh, and Bloodlust isn't the top BG anymore, its #2/3, tied with Stormstrike, #1 is Rampage. All the top teams transferred from Bloodlust to Rampage at the end of TBC because of all the noobs swarming BG9 to compete with the best.
If we're not talking about ratings in brackets, European teams were #1 in every single comp in the Intel Extreme Masters 2008 Global Comp Challenge rounds. http://www.esl-world.net/masters/global_ch...nge_leipzig_s3/ http://www.esl-world.net/masters/season3/los_angeles/ http://www.esl-world.net/masters/season3/montreal/ (Results are on the right side column)

[/b][/quote] Are your eyes closed when looking at sponsored compeititions? Go have a look at the ESL Extreme Masters III Global Finals. =) SK Asia > SK Europe.. and only 2 American teams made it into the top 10. Presuming from what you just said you didn't know of this, HON (Asian team) won the tournament.
