Might be a real funeral, a couple of articles regarding the death of wow gamers always have their own funeral going on in wow held by their clan members.
why is there random punk rock playing and people running>? edit- what the hell is this they randomly slash the person by the water then goes into massacure mode
there was a girl (the girl by the water) whose dad died and her guild was hosting a funeral for her in-game, the thing is they hosted it in a PvP area, so another group came along and killed her and everyone at the funeral (as they werent expecting an attack obviously) in order to raise their fame for PvP lol thats the whole running then randomly slashing, they were crossing a PvP area and came across the group of unsuspecting people having a funeral. the "punk" (not really punk) is just to jazz up the boring video until the massacre happens.
Alright I will explain more for people. One of their players died in IRL. So they posted on the realm forums which basically the whole realm can talk to each other what time/place they are doing it. This is on a PVP server which means player vs player (you can attack any other faction anywhere as long as its contested or your territory). There are other realms such at pve and Role playing (it would of been a bigger deal here because it is role playing). So basically the alliance said "Hey there is a bunch of horde in 1 area why not go and kill them get some more honor kills".
For them it wasnt fun ofcourse, but it was a big mistake to held it in a contested territory. They got owned pretty hard, though it was a bit an **** act to do it. But thats the game
