I wanted the Dutch, but to be honest Netherlans were lucky to even have 11 for the most of the match after Dejong attempted to kill Alonso. Puyol should have been given a second yellow at near the end for tripping robben, but i can say that the goal was because heitinga got sent off so the left back had to move over. had he been there the gap would have been plugged. Robben should of killed the game anyway.
I dont understand why everyone is going so hard on the referee. Had he followed the letter of the law the dutch would have finished with about 8 players and spain 9. If he sent dejong off everyone will complain he ruined the final in the first half. spain should have had a few off.. iniesta one of them for diving, xavi should have been booked for diving in the box. both teams played like scum to be honest, then they complain about the english game.
