    Transist into it...

IE: Do half of all those in 1 day, every 2-3 days, then all of them every 3 days, then every 2...

Gay equipment...is that including barbells? and a punching bag?..

If so, then you can try running.
I'm not sure how long you can run, but try to do a lot. Maybe 10-15 to start. Eventually you can get to 20 goin well.
When done running, cool down for a few minutes and get a drink of water.
    Next, do 30 jumpin jacks.
    30 push ups
    30 situps.
Then do again but this time 20 jj's.
    20 push ups.
    20 situps.
Now 10 sprawls (Or you can stay with just JJ's)
10 diamonds (pushups but hands together in diamond form.)
10 ..idk the name..lie on your back, legs in air, knees slightly bent, then reach up to top of ur knees.. sorta like a situp o.o

Sprawls? Last one is gay as well, how long this even take? I don't think I can waste that much time but I keep getting 'you don't exercise enough and you don't eat enough' when I eat like.. a lot.. and so yeah, maybe I just don't exercise enough :-O

currently I dont have gym to work at (expelled from school and the nearest gym is about 30 miles away in denver and require membership) so I do alot of your more "traditional" workouts without gym equipment.

Im usually up around 4-5am so I take an hour long jog up the street and back down, about... 6-8 miles in total between start and end. Come home and drink some water, relax for a little bit and stuff, then do 20 push ups, 50 situps, 20 pull ups and 25 jumping jacks and then thats my daily routine. Noting that I will do the 20 PUs, 50 SUs, 10 PUs and 25 JJs about 5 times a day throughout the day.

I have a bar in my door frame to my room to do pull ups. Needless to say I am basically overworking my upper body and not working my lower body, mainly for the reason that my lower body is naturally in shape and my mid body isnt (stomache :() and most of the workout I do daily works my upper and mid body and not much of my lower body.

Keeps me in shape, but I also dont eat too incredibly much (maybe about a pound and a half a day max, I usually only have about 1 meal a day, maybe a little snack once or twice) and I have an extremely poor metabolism, so this is basically all I have that I can do to keep the weight off.
