Ive been working out lately, doing mostly crunches (About 500 a day). Ive started about 2 days ago because it gives me something to do. Im just wondering if you guys have any tips or things I can do to tone my upper body, things that dont involve weights or running. Im not a scrawly little kid, I just want to look stronger. I particularly want to make my arms bigger, and that muscle where your boobs are supposed to be.

pull ups and situps are literally all you have to do for your upper body... i have a bar on my room and everytime i walk in/out i do like 5 or so and i go in and out like 20 times a day or so idk i dont really count :P but then other than that all i do is sit on my computer, play ps2, eat very fattening foods, watch tv, and i still have a 6pac and my arms are decent

By the way, your chest muscles are known as pectorals.

I will be using muscle names, so bear with me.

Biceps : Pullups and Curlups are really the only things you can do for this muscle group, apart from weight lifting.

Triceps : Pushups. That's about it.

Pectorals : If you do overhand pullups, your pecs get worked out too. Also a little bit with pushups.

Abdominals : Situps. Try with some form of resistance, like upside down or something.

Deltoids : Pullups. They're your shoulder muscle. Anything that involves movement of the shoulder is good enough.

Carpals : Piano, typing, anything that involves your fingers. These are your wrist muscles.

Obliques : Sideways situps. These are the muscles on the sides of your lower abdominal region. I suggest you work on these a lot, or a nice kidney punch will knock you out cold.

And that's about it. My Human Anatomy teacher is also a personal trainer, so we do a lot of this stuff.

    Hope I helped you. :D

Well my dad has been working out for 10 years so of course I got involved. Just get a gym pass and work out with a friend. I mean a real gym, not those crappy YMCA ones.

I do 100 push ups, 120 pull ups(a style of my own where u twist your body when u are getting up, that wears u out much more and is soooooo hard.

I weigh 115. My door has a door, so I dont know if I can put something in the doorway, but maybe I can bolt it to the ceiling or something.
