Alright so I have been working out for a while. Everyday I lift weights and do a benchpress and run every other day but I seem to have a problem. I've almost got pecks and my arms are now mostly muscle to the point that even when i just have my arm at my side not flexed you can see a muscle line. The problem though is that I still have some what of a gut and love handles so whats the best way to target them? Also would squats while having my barbell on my neck be good for a leg work out?

You should just work one muscle group at a time.

do a deck of cards, Ace-20, King being 13, Queen 12, Jack 11, 10-10 and so on... u can do like reds pushups, blacks crunches, leglifts (seconds) bicycles and so on, thats wat i usually do... other than lift weights... and it works, so good luck!
