GR=IRC & vice versa so I remember you saying you were corrupt , correct? - If one of the Higher authority is corrupt then the order of GR is corrupt? Agree or Disagree? Now if a site is ran by a corrupt person then that makes the site corrupt - No idea why this is one of the reason

Give me the link where i ignored all ideas - I was 100% behind every idea put forward on GR even if i didnt post

Flamed the site? Yes once i agree using 4 words due to the large amounts of frustration i had within me i had to burst it out somewhere - I was comparing 2005 with 2007 times if that word best described the times then so be it - So it was in drivers PM when he was going to leave - If he had left there goes another good member hence why i tried getting him back onto GR

Well i dont like dwelling in the past even though justice wasnt just and part of the accusations were baseless & it was good serving GR for 2years approx and i really loved it when GR was a decent & a 'close' community - Truthfully i was going to leave anyways i rather not be involved in a staff that dont treat its members right guess it came early .. and i thank you

Despite the fact that I left GameRenders, my opinion does deserve to be heard. If staff have sunken to a rather immature level, demote them. Especially Administrators. Some of them post around "liek tis kthx". That is more that ridiculous. The only staff member that I've seen around this mere forum that had a higher level of decency is HydrogeN. He, unlike every other staff member here, posted in a correct format and did not bash anyone. So go to a forum like SitePoint, see how the members/staff act, and apply those techniques here.

You have flamed logic, and dior, recently, on the forums, as a staff member. You also contacted a few people in your PMs and told them how the site is so corrupt, how it sucks, basically how you were just waiting for your demotion, and egging members on regarding how poor the site is (ie blazeman and driver).

Yes, I claimed that if people are going to deem me as being corrupt, and never stop with calling me corrupt, I will become corrupt and they will get the chance to experience corrupted dem, as I said on the forums as well. Nice way to attempt to twist what I said and bend them to your favor however.

You flamed the site repeatedly, both in the IRC, in PM, and I believe even in some public posts, as well as the item which was implemented without even a majority of staff being involved in the discussion. As if it was a personal attack on yourself and everything you believe in. We don't really care to have our own staff members going around flaming staff ideas, members, and the site, it doesn't exactly promote the atmosphere we care for.

You are inactive, I have mod logs sitting in front of me, I have IRC logs sitting in front of me. You rarely asked anyone to stop anything, you rarely enforced IRC rules, and even across the site you don't and did not post that often.

The fact remains that it was a majority decision between the global moderators and admins to have you removed, primarily due to your ethics across the site, and your inactivity, which has been a concern to the administration for some time now.

Truthfully, you should have left, it would have saved me from writing this up. The larger a site gets, the colder its members get, and the stricter a staff as a whole has to be on the rules otherwise you get too many rule breakers, and the issue spreads. The problem with this site rests in the immature community, and their overwhelming obsession for credits, reputation, and e-fame. In all honesty, I simply think you didn't have the balls to man up, because most of the issues you have problems with on GR, you didn't even bring up as a concern in the staff sections, ever. You simply complained, and rarely posted votes for SOTW, ROTY, SDOTY, etc. etc.

As for me revealing the reasons, theres no reason not to, it was obvious in itself, through his public posts and public inactivity, had it been something more personal I wouldn't have been as open to discussing it publically.
