Hello , I would like to know how to use this theme without upgrading to Vista And if possible, a simpler skin, very simple but with good design thnaks
So, do you actually just want a new skin for XP? I mean you could try doing some google searches for Vista Style skins, thats how I got mine, or Image searches for the b/g.

i think that skin is for windowblinds. you can download the trial version off their site and is has a skin similar to the one you provided already in the program
