Ok here are some observations and I will keep updating them:

    Programs that don't work -
    - Dlink Programs - But the latest drivers work
    - Bandwidth Monitor Pro
    - Need For Speed 2 SE - Tested to see how compatibility wizard worked. It runs really slow and then blue screens

    Programs that do work -
    - Everest Ultimate
    - DVDFab Platinum
    - Divx Player
    - WinRAR
    - Avast 4.7 Home Edition <- New BETA out that works a charm
    - Utorrent
    - Halo - Need to edit compatibility and set to run under adminstrator mode.

    Problems/Bad things-
    - Blue Screen of death - Unsure of cause (and when u boot after a blue screen you are green/yellow screened!)
    - The new boot manager - different from old Windows (FIX: VistaBOOT Pro)
    - Way the start menu to all programs works is annoying
    - Windows Live Messenger Download Shortcut stays in Start Menu even after installation
    - Permissions - My Dlink Setup could not launch from the autostart menu on the cd as it did not have permission. Do not no how to fix.
    - No desktop properties anymore. Themes, wallpapers, etc are now all divided into sub links making it confusing.
    - Blue Screens easily if copying large amounts of files while running other programs (copying 1gb+ of files while running something like Media Player
    - Flakey defualt drivers for ATI cards and ATI's own drivers.

    Good things -
    - Install (including performance check) took 20 minutes
    - Windows copy/download counter is accurate now
    - Alt+Tab is really well benefited by the screen preview
    - Windows Key+tab is really cool!
    - Better management of Music, Videos, Pictures, etc.
    - Windows Photo Gallery - Works a charm
    - I did not need to install any drivers (except for wireless) - Sound, video, etc work straight out of the box.
    - Runs faster than XP (I don't no why to be honest)
    - Windows Marketplace - So much cool free stuff to download
    - Internet Explorer 7 - Suprisingly good! Fast, tabs, phising filter, bit confusing to use at times.
    - Rating System - Will be displayed on Software boxes instead of needing specifications in the future.

I found out that you can leave the serial part blank and you can use it for 14 days, then you have to enter a serial. Also kernel mode drivers do not work :(

When you game it removes all the fancy eyecandy from the windows desktop, and it looks like windows 98 menubar, but when you exit a game it returns to your previous display properties. Kinda handy if you ask me.

A Virtual Drive is a "Fake" Drive that you can mount images to instead of Wasting a CD, Very handy, I use it all the time...

Sure, You could Use Alcohol 120% But you gotta pay and it isnt the Best at handling Virtuals...I would Suggest using Daemon Tools 3.47 (Link) it has a low memory Footprint and its easy to use.
Just DL it, Install (Small installation) And it will be on your Taskbar. Right click it, Set the Number of Devices to 1. Then, go back in there and Navigate through the Right-Click Menu to the Device you Activated and Click mount Image, then go to that Vista Iso and Own it on there....Viola! Its alot easier than it sounds AND you dont waste a disk....;)

I managed to get rid of my bsods, had a poor audio driver.

The OS is stable as anything. You are getting the BSoD because of drivers. I would look mainly at Video and Sound Drivers. If you have NVidia sound go to www.nvidia.com and download the new Beta Forceware drivers and update your audio with that, it will fix your stability issues.
