I don't mean to say flavas. What I mean is Microsoft's new Windows OS will come in five different versions (as Windows XP comes in four versions). Read all about which version (if you wish to get Vista for your PC) is right for you. Here's the linkey for it.

I probably will get Microsoft Ultimate because it will be better than all the others. Also I am not a Microsoft fanboy I use linux too.

i knew this awhile ago. I wont get it right away. Im happy with XP. it does everything I want, why the rush?

as i have said in many threads, wait 6 months after its full release to wait out the bugs, plus the price...

Yes, not too much change in that one anyways. It's GUI changes and some other things but it does take more of a computer to run it so the system recources will not be as available. Meh, I think I will stick with XP. I got the best XP you can get anyways. I think I will pass Vista and wait for something else... just as I skipped NT and Windows 2000/ME.

I'll probably get the Vista Home Premium because it has the most greatest feature for me to use: Media Center!

This will certanily be useful, but also cause problems. Will they be integrated to work with each other?

To use vista you'd have to buy a new computer or already must have a VERY good computer, 1 gig ram, awesome gfx card, etc.

EXACTLY... like I said, the only thing that may change is stuff like the things that come with it to start.. IE 7... WMP 11... Some MCE updates... but all in all you are better off buying a XP Pro MCE and sticking SUPER ---- underneath it to run on... by the time you do that you can whoop Vista anyways... and if you think about it.. windows does nothing but update GUI's for the next 2 or three releases... Example is 95=98 2000/nt/ME < Releases that are clustered... then you got XP=Vista... so just do what you please but I am telling you, if you buy high end XP versions they will beat the Vista for now, then even after the bugs are gone I would wait for a couple releases anyways because the system isn't changing that much. I have used it anyways. I already made one topic named this.
