Wow, this thing just ----ed up my comp!

I was running the installer n all that and in the middle of it it said an error saying "deined" or something, then it kept installing stuff then gave me an error after it was done installing saying it was partially installed and may cause errors. It did.

I just restored my comp a day before i installed it but for some reason still its going slow, not the internet but running programs and stuff.

If anyone knows, how can i remove the package completly from my comp? I went through the control panel to do it but there are many windows updates and im not sure which to remove.

Can anyone help? I can send some creds and maybe a plus rep ure way if you do :D

just try reinstalling it first. If the probvlem persists install a few extra drivers to cover it.

FYI SP2 does tend to cause problems for some people and it takes a little more power. When I installed XP pro with SP2, it caused my wireless router to loop the computer on and off and I thought it was a hardrive issue so my parents bought be a new one.(all I had to do was update a few drivers though)

They windows restore feature doesnt really work as you would think. It does seemingly roll it back to teh selected date but not all traces are removed. if the problems persist a reformat may be neccesary.

Hmm... I have the Catalyst, I don't have that process, wierd...

I think as long as only one (The System one, or the user one) is running, it should work fine...
