when i press control alt delete the task manager comes up but now since my sister used my computer this has happened when i press them



anyone know how to turn it back to normal with all the options and tabs?

Well since you resized it in paint or something I can't really see it well.

But to change regional settings:

Control Panel -> Language and Regional Options

In the Regional Settings tab, change the dropdown to "English(United States)"

In the Advanced tab, change the dropdown to "English(United States)"

When you hit Apply or Ok you should be prompted to use files saved on computer or insert windows cd. You should probably just use files saved on computer.

Then you will have to restart and everything should be back to normal.

Either that or your sister has some sort of 3rd party program running to translate windows into chinese. Ask her what prog it is and turn it off.

Your sister chinese? ;P

EDIT: And if you're only talking about the view mode of the Windows Task Manager, to change that just double click on the gray area.
