    Well it depends on the template, and also on whether you want a simple one or intermediate level one.
    Simple: You position the text using div. Loads slower because it is more dependant on Images rather than coding.
    Intermediate: I code the tables out, so the site loads faster. But it takes about 2-3x more time than basic coding.
