I see where your coming from, but come on. Just because they will be bigger and have a better economy doens't mean they will run the world. The US has dug themselves into a solid spot as one of the worlds leading superpowers.

America will not fall unless we are destroyed by war.

Russians could take us out at the snap of a finger. The quiet ones are always the brainwork. Same thing happend in all the wars. Russians stay quiet, they mind their own business. Touch them, and pay.

Just my thought..Backed with historic facts that is; that American schools dont teach you, or want you to find out.

I nearly forgot about Russia.. They were good better than us.... but that was long time ago, I don't think they stand a chance. Anyways.. this reminded me of Japan, I mean Japan is growing fast too, We did after all helped them after destroying them in WWII.

Well, in some ways, it is possible that the US may fall. To me, it occurs in patterns. Some nations, centrally in areas like Africa and Asia, a nation will have a rich, cultural past but fell behind with the rise of technology and the future. I feel that for some nations like the US, we started small and colonized and rose to power through time and efforts.

Onto my answer, every good/bad thing must come to an end. Unfortunately, this could become the end of the world. Despite that the US is a bit on the hated side of things, the US is by far one of the biggest exporters of foreign goods. Cars from Japan and Germany, diamonds from Canada and Belgium, culinary delicacies from France and Britain, electronics from China and Japan...the list goes on and on!

So, in some ways, with so many veto nations ( veto is a big Model UN word that gets thrown around :P ) either being corrupted or falling from their role as leaders of their respectable regions, the US just might be one of the mightiest - and most important - to fall.

Wow you do know that Kerry was for the war and not for new armor for soldiers which would make be people leave because of improper protection.

There are flights daily leaving the US bound for many destinations, you are free to leave when you like.

USA will never fall, to many other countries depend on us, as we depend on other countires.

Proud to be an American/Texan. [/b][/quote]
    Same here man

    Exept I'm not a texan...

I really dont see america falling anytime soon. China cant overtake america cuz then no one would be buying their cheaply mass produced stuff and then their economy fails, and you can figure from there

In other words, you want to dissolve the Democratic party so its only the Republicans in power?

So pretty much you want Soviet America. good thinking.

Superpowers usually don't die out without a violent change like a revolution, though it is possible that another superpower may emerge (China for example) That doesn't mean that the U.S. will lose it's status..

I don't think the U.S. will lose it's powers.. atleast not for a good while.. unless were hit with a major catastrophe that would seriously weaken our economy more ...

    Forget Kerry for a minute.

Bush hasnt taken any real initave to propery arm our soldiers with good enough equipment, humvee armor comes from scrapyards.

Colin Powell, one of the leading generals during the first gulf war, a very wise man, left the administration and admitting his speech to the UN about Iraq having WMD as one of his biggest mistakes.

    Very sad.
