Well, a friend of mine was always into this(he still is), and he rented me his cd-rom with photoshop CS on it.

So I decided to give it a try. That has been about 10 months ago or something like that.

It got addictive and it was a nice hobby. =P

    I wanted in kirbirs pants.
nevermind the fact that I joined this site nearly a year before her

in full seriousness though I had a friend who was into it and he got me started and eventually got me over here.
since then he quit/bounced around and I've stayed here.

I finally surpassed him(in graphic design) around 2 years ago. You should have seen my really early work though, it was quite mediocre.

I saw other people making cool sigs at forums, etc. So I decided to give it a shot. Kind of got addicted to it, although I haven't done much in awhile. Just now getting back into it again.

I was asked to join the GFX league at a forum I used to be a member at so I downloaded photoshop and started messing around with some stuff and within my first match I won a championship :P

My mother bought a CD with Macromedia (perfectly legally *whistles innocently*) Fireworks on it, and PhotoShop was there too. I installed it, and was hooked, and now I've got to doing stuff like I'm doing now. It's just cool to see how much versatility and difference PhotoShop brings.

My friend was into it, but he only just started so he asked me if i wanted to too. I did, and I love it, even though i don't have enough for the actual program, i have to use the trial and then wait a while and use it again :(
