Why You Started Gfx.?

    Ok guys just a quick question, What made you (inspired you ) too start designing GFX.

    Back when I played Socom our clan needed a banner and i tried making one and from then on i couldn;t get enough of it.

    I used to play Medal of Honor Spearhead, and one of my friends on there told me about a site (Royal-Designs) that he had just made staff. And so I asked if he got paid and he said yeah sometimes depending on the customer. $$CHING CHING$$ So I thought it be all easy so I joined and started my journey there. Next after Royal-Designs went down I joined Fading-Art which lasted about 2-3 years. Once that went down me and a buddy off there created MTMCustomDesignz, then it was known as MTMDesignz. All 3 sites I was Admin-Lite or Admin, which is pretty good imo, mostly because I knew the most about computers there (mostly web programming)... Once they dropped I kind of floated around, then came here...

    I was 13 when I first started graphics. My greatest inspirers would be Destiny952. I knew him from when he first started GFX and followed his work all the way.

    saw some people with tags on a forum i used to go to, wanted to make some myself.

    originally, i wanted to learn to digipaint, because my art teacher said it's good to know, but i moved in 3d and stuff later.

    My old squad in BHD wanted some tags for all of us....so I decided to give it a shot...and well, the rest is history!!! Not very good history....but history none the less!

    Started out just rendering. Realized I needed my own sig and wanted my own designs, not other peoples.

    Signatures on Diablo 2 ladder / clan forums.

    It quickly grew into fascination with dreamweaver / flash imitations / photoshop and web design overall.

    Well i was at a forum called runevillage, runescape forum, and i thought i could get quite a bit of money sellin sigs and someone pointed me to this site. Winded up here, then just went on from there

    When i first started joining forums i noticed a few people with great sigs, thought one day i would be able to make them and so i went on with it :D

    i used to play soldier of fortune 2, and this guy in my clan was very good at it .. so he helped me out to get photoshop and teach me the basics ..

    just for fun.. I use to be in forums alot when I was in junior high I saw someone's design and I wonder how'd u make it? so then I bittorented and got it!
