And i totally understand! Why do we have to show who we are?
For me it doenst matter. This forum is about having fun and showing yourself isnt a part of it for many people. I hope this makes some things clear!

Yea, I understand, but I'm not ashamed of myself enough not to show my squished face. I don't think anyone really needs to post their pic, cuz well, the site isn't about what we look like, it's about the talent we have on the inside.

BTW, it actully didn't hurt when the light goes by your eyes. It might just be my scanner.

nobody here is opposed to some good, clean fun or wisecracking antics but
just so we surely KNOW what this site is about.

GR is about graphics, game renders to be more specific.
And the interest has evolved to renders in general, sigs, avatars, banners, website templates, etc....
which have little to nothing to do with ones location, ones age or ones looks.
its not about how you look, its about how your graphics look.

I've become palls, buddies, bros with some peeps here but that was not why I came here.
peeps come here to join a community about graphics or are looking for graphics
but they dont come here looking for penpals or anything beyond that.

as to your opinion that a snapshot of oneselves as an avatar is "to better ya profile"... I think many dissagree.
I've been on several graphics and other forums and you're the first person to have a snapshot as an avatar.

prolly coz there's no interest and no relation between how the person looks and his/her graphics. most people rather show what they can do or what their interest is rather then how they look. prolly a guy thing.
