I am sure if u had done what they ask for u had your account back . 1) Correct title - not like omg give my account back ... 2) Picture of your case and cd with the cd key 3) username 4) password u had 5) contact e-mail that was used on that account 6) all the info you filled in when you was registering the account . If u done that, u had got your account back without any problem .

Aah, the classic 'I am right, therefore everyone else is wrong' personality. You lag, so no one else can possibly lag, right? I figure that Steam is a waste of time; am I right in guessing that if you lose your account in someway, then you lose the ability to play the games you have bought for it? If thats true, then frankly, that stinks lol. I think I'll avoid any games which need a Steam account. Buying the CDs and backing them up seems a much safer option.
There are too many things wrong with Steam to sum them up in one post. Let alone one lifetime. I miss the way things were.

My fav. servers list would never be there for more than one gaming session., xfire would never show up in-game just make the ------in ripping noise, the friends list is all ------ed up, and the game take 2 min to launch and 3 min to join a server. AND THIS IS ALL WHEN IT ------ING WORKED! i have had The CSS, DoD;s and hl2:dm pack since last year, and I have played maybe a total of 3 weeks since that time. I have emailed steam support probably 17-19 times and nothing they have done has helped me at all, on about the fifteenth email i got super ------ing pissed. this basically tells you my whole issue with steam. Steam SUpport is just a bunch of complete ------tards.
