Its great that he gives to charities. But with only 1/4 of his money he could erradicate poverty and world hunger.
I find him an amazing person, he made like the best technology advancements in the 20th century, his fund with his wife has gotten over 30 Billion (yes billion) dollars for aids and all those viruses. He has also said that when he dies .01 % of his wealth goes to each of his children and rest is to charity. Does he really seem like that bad of a man to you?
I recall that he actually donated a massive amount to the UN committee known as WHO (World Health Organization) and other committees in terms of supporting science for global health cures. For example, in 2006, Gates' foundation donated over $2 million to WHO to fund a malaria cure program over 1-years time (Source). He seems to finally have given up on the computer industry after Vista, least an in-depth management of his company.
he's a genius, all that money he gives away he recieves back, cuz its donations and he can donate every cent he has and still be 40 billion dollars richer than all peeps..damn.. at least he doin good though, BUT everybody knows that money from the top neva reaches the bottom.
I don't have a problem with Bill Gates at all. I think he is pretty genius for what he did with Microsoft...
Well people, including me, hate Bill Gates because he is making money off of a thing that was never his from the beginning. Apple people developed the DOS OS and didnt know what to because they had no mouse. Bill Gates bought DOS, just like America bought Alaska off of the Russian Federation. And even know, Bill Gates continues to copy Apple's OS's. Like in Vista, they copied the picture effects, calender and some other stuff. All this was from none other than Apple's OSX Tiger and the upcoming OSX Leopard.
