    Well who all here is into BodyBuilding/ Working out?

    Not a HUGE bodybuilding but someone who works out atleast 4 days a week.

    It's not impossible

    I work out, I don't body build...


    bodybuilding is pretty dumb as it doesn't work tendents, it's not practicle.

    Xelink works out. Thats the only person I know. I was before but things get in the way. I need a gym, and a job.

    True, I enjoy working out just because I like having a nice body. And like to stay in shape for sports.

    alot of people here are too young to do body building, and i dont mean maturity i mean that if you start body building at too younger age you can ---- up ur body, bones and muscle wise

    you won't really mess up your bones if you use good form. You an mess up your rotator cuff benching though, but this can be averted by moving your elbows in.
    unless a weight drops on you or something you won't really f' up yuour bones.
    as for messing up your muscle, sure it might be torn up damaged etc/ from the lifting but it typically regrows stronger if you're getting enough rest and adequate nutrition.

    acutally when you are working out you are not building muscle you are deteryating it and when it reforms or regrows back to the body that is when muscle mass is added and in return you become stronger.

    i work out 4 days a week at school and sometimes 5 days if i feel like warming myself up for monday

    Hate sports (nothing against them, they're a great way to meet people and keep you fit but honestly I was never that active) so no, I don't work out. Most I do is run up and down the hallway and maybe get up to get the remote ;)

    well i play football so yea i work out bout 6 days a week for about 2 hours a day in the offseason

    I weight lift probally 4-5 times a week. I am not huge or anything I just to do stay in shape for football and track feild. I bench probally max right now is 350 and that is as a sophmore :)
