    Chappelles Show was a revolution. Mind of Mencia followed Chappelles Show and was still released new after Chappelles Show died. So who was better when they were the best?

    chappelle... carlos mencia is allright at times.. but mostly he's just annoying... and he's always saying stuff like "i don't care!!! i don't care!! that's who i am!!" after saying a racial or retard joke... ok mencia.. you honduran (not mexican).... we get it... you don't care about saying racial/retard jokes.....
