    I own both Photoshop CS2 and GIMP. I personally prefer to use GIMP though.

    yeah.. but i have seen many effects with shiny golden colors... actually what filters are they using... is tat default or downloaded from 3rd party.... please tel the filters name.. it wil be useful for me...

    Photoshop is the way to go, number one software for graphic,web and print designers.

    But PSCS2 is very expensive lol.

    had to break the bank to get it!

    After using MS Paint, PhotoShop 7, PhotoShop Elements and PhotoShop CS2, I say PhotoShop Elements is the best. It seems to be the easiest to use, and has good features.

    if you go uni you can get cs2 for about £150

    gonna wait til CS3 to buy my own though..

    We have elements at school. Its really hard to do things on it, especially since Im used to CS2 :D Plus the computers at school have rubbish RAM, so its soo slow
