what would be the new updates, options and what new things you want/need it to have? most important thing for me would be to save different smudge settings so you can switch fast between them what about you?
Even though it sounds odd, better coloring options. Like, more than just gradient maps and that stuffs. Also, maybe like imageready's animation support would rock. And for some reason, my CS2 lags all of the time so maybe make it take less ram.
I'm pretty sure this is already possible, you can save them as presets and switch them fairly easy. I've downloaded smudge settings before and loaded them just like brushes.
I want a filter that takes a render on a plain background, and applies an advanced algorith that turns it into the greatest siggy ever made.
i want ti to read my mind and do exactly what I want instantaneously. no seriously, that's what I want. also I want it to be made in the most efficient manner possible such that pipeline stalls do not occur in the processor and I want it to scale perfectly to 128 threads I want a lot of things but expect none in this case.
Like, in photoshop 8 you can switch from Imageready to Photoshop and the other way round.. It should switch to paint too, imo.
Moved to Graphics Discussion. The smudge settings thing would be nice, one of the things that could definitely be better.
Damn right. How about getting CS3 then? It is the actual newest version.... In CS3 they added more adjustment layers if that's what you mean and they also added presets to the existing ones. Exactly......well actually you can't save the settings themselves but if you apply special settings to a brush, you can save the brush which is basically the same thing.
dang it people, adobe already has flash for those animation enthusiastic. Maybe, you want better 'connection' between photoshop and flash. I want FULL 3D support (may be for illu. more than photoshop). I do not want to lean/use 3ds max/C4D/Maya etc.... I know that it is impossible but would be cool.
It's not a bad idea but I seriously doubt it will ever happen. The differences in a 2D interface and 3D interface are completely different. I'm use to Photoshop and C4D's interfaces and there would be almost no way to combine them.
