Whats Youre Daily Exercise?

    what ever they have us do in althletics at school

    Monday-Lift
    Tuesday-Speed training
    Wednesday-Lift
    Thursday-agilities
    Friday-Go over game plan

    In P.E. we run for about 30 mins, then other exercises and games for 20 mins.

    At the Gym, i run for 15 mins, then biceps, triceps, forearms, legs, then basketball. Total of about an 1 1/2 hours.

    Pushup and Situp days, 100 of each.

    Running - 5 Min Walking, 10 Min. Jogging, 15 Min. Running. Total half an hour.


    Monday: 9:00 AM: P.E.
    3:30 PM: Gym

    Tuesday: 9:00 AM: P.E
    8:00 PM: Pushups and Situps

    Wednesday: 9:00 AM: P.E.
    3:30 PM: Run

    Thursday: 9:00 AM: P.E.
    Other than that, Rest Day.

    Friday: 9:00 AM: P.E.
    3:30 PM: Gym

    Saturday: Hang out with friends, usually just walk to the store and play sports.

    Sunday: Rest.


    As you can tell, this is a very nice program, i am staying very fit.

    I think it is sad, so many of you here overtrain, or atleast they are if they are hitting it hard enough. to get good results, you want to be going to complete failure with each set using a fair amount fo weight. Anything past the first set doesn't doo too much other than burn calories so for practical reasons as well as preventing harm, it is generally best to only do one or two sets per exercise. If you do this every day you WILL damage yourself before you body can recover, you will not get optimal results and you may even get loss, which is one of the side effects of over training. Then again I don't know much, I only average between 1-2clean lbs of muscle gain a week(when I can actually hit it like I want to) after counting time when I cut.

    get up lift cup tea 4 - 6 times
    Move out PC chair 8 times
    Go the loo about 6 times
    hit pc 1850 times ( pc is gay btw )
    and go bed.. lol

    yes, youre right,
    thats why most ppl start with light weights, till youre body gets used to the exercises. so it won't be anything bad.
    right now im more concentrated on ma abs,

    and youre wrong with the set thing, it does matter, and burning calorie's is importent

    i got basketball practice... thats fun stuff i swaer the coach wants us to be sprinters or somehting like that, but then i usually do about 300 sit ups a day with 3 variations, during the summer i was up around 600 but once soccer and school started i cut back a lil still got a nice 6 pack : P

    Mondays to Fridays I cycle about 3 to 4 miles... that's about it.
