For me it's 86 hours. And believe me, and I'm not joking. You do not want to try. Let's just say its much cheaper than drugs. I was asleep yet awake and it was hell, but it kinda felt good to. Hmmm, let's see. Oh yeah at about 70 hours I was playing halo 2 on xbox live and I was on the main menu and I started seeing objects coming out of my tv and spinning around. That's the point I started to worry. But I went on because it seemed fun. I've probably screwed my brain up because I constantly dont go to sleep. I sleep maybe 3-4 times in a week. I know .oasis will like this thread.
no offence, but do you have Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder? I mean sleeping 3-4 times a week isn't healthy you know? too much sleep and too little sleep are both bad for your health and will eventually shorten your lifespan. same goes with 86 hours without sleep. the healthiest sleeptime would be 6-7.5 hours a day, it differs from person to person. My longest time without sleep would be around 40 hours, and i was allready broken after 24. It was in summercamp, we were young and found it "awesome" and "cool" to stay up all night. during daytime we had all kinds of activities, so we couldn't get some sleep by day either. My longest period without feeling sleepy would be 25-26 hours. I had to get up at 6 am, because i went to a amusement park with some friends, and i had to travel for like 3 hours total. I got home at 11 pm and went straight to the pub where my other friends were preparing to go to the club. I joined them and got home at 7.30 am the day after. I didn't use drugs!
No man, I sleep 3-4 times a week but those 3-4 times a week is about 12 hours of sleep. And I dont have any disorders. Is that still bad?
2 days and 3 nights .... me and my cuz went out everynight and played gta games ( clocked em' ) but hen we crashed it was a solid 18 hours, no one coul wake us.....
yes, it's not healthy to sleep only 3-4 times a week, but then longer. It's best to sleep everyday the amount i've said before. The reason why asked about the disorder is because it represents hyperactivity, that could be an explanation for the lack of sleep. But believe me, IF you got the oppertunity to sleep every day, please do so.
4-6 days straight (dont remember exactly, i ended up in the hospital tho...).... i suffer from insomnia and my meds dont always work right
around 3 days and 3 nights because i was traveling alot so i couldnt sleep because of plains etc... it sucked real bad.
The longest for me was probably a little less than 72 hours....i had just came back from cali...and even though cali and chi-town is only 2-3 hours difference...i had stayed up all night for about 3 days
