    Ok here's the list of best image editing programs known to man in this order..well known to me at least..
    MS Paint
    Photoshop CS2
    Photoshop CS
    Photoshop 7.0
    Paint Shop Pro
    Gimp


    I'd definetly say get MS Paint over PS..
