you can use Stardock Windowblinds, or you can just use windows Visual Themes. try stardock.com, or downoad a modified wversion of uctheme.dll and replace with new one. then download windows themes. sorry to be so vague :D

Just depends. You may be thinking of WindowBlinds. Thats the most common one i think. I personally use StyleXP, its the same basic program.

There are a lot of them >_>

Some of the most common are

    WindowsBlinds
    StyleXp

-And what I use but what isn't so common:

TuneUp Utilities 2006 (It has a bunch of other useful stuff too ^_^)

I've used both in the past but TuneUp Utilities has the same features basically and it also includes a lot of other useful things such as a RegistryCleaner, 1-Click Maintenance, and RegistryDefrag... Also System Advisor and such

I personally use an unlocked uxtheme.dll and add visual styles. It's like StyleXP and WindowBlinds but it's not a 3rd party prog so it doesn't waste resources.
You can refer to this for unlocking it: http://www.neowin.net/forum/index.php?showtopic=339820

I get most of my Visual Styles from deviantART. If you ever do this, check 'em out here: [link]
I use the first one. ^_^

Never thought of doing that :P

Was always curious as to how the programs did it for you... Like how simple it had to be yet they made so much money haha
