Alot of things in my processes list have the mem usage up in 20,000 and 30,000. Im not talking about explorer.exe but other things that are usually 5,000 and below. Whats happening. Yes i tried restarting and i googled all of them and none are viruses but still before its not as high now its killing my pc cause of so many things.

Which processes specifically? Many programs increase their memory use as you do more with them or have more open documents within them.

yea....most likely its just because more things are open in it. its really nothing to worry about unless its slowing you down considerably
