i decided to get a new motherboard and a processor, The BEST and the CHEAPEST deals i can get was a motherboard that supports pci express and 3 or 4 pci slots. and its pretty cheap, but the thing is, i have to choose 1 of these 2, and they are pretty much the same price. and i am wandering which one is better. please look at these motherboards and help me chose a motherboard, for the processor im getting athlon 64 3000 1.8 ghz for only $202 + tax = $233 total IN CANADIAN. both motherboard supports this processor also 4000 and up! so hard...here is the link Motherboard1 Motherboard2 thanks.
Well they both look fine. But if you have some serial connections to use with it, I would go for the Chaintec. It has 2 built on it while the MSI only has 1. The rest is pretty much the same.
Motherboard 1 is better. It is cheaper and has more PCI slots. other than that they are mostly the same.

i think ill get motherboard one because motherbaord 2 has bus speed of 1000 mhz and the first one is 2000 so yeah its faster.
yup very true. Another thing about the first motherboard is that it is a SPDIF output meaning it can connect to a surround system and carry all 8 chanels via one high quality coxial cable.
