You meanie! Hmmm, if you havn't posted the 15 in 15 days thats why. But other than that.. just because

 

i have accessed those forums many times before...

As we've just said, if you havent made 15 posts in the last 15 days then you cannot access the folder. It doesnt matter if you've accessed the folder before, its simply a question of if you have been active in the past 15 days.

Exactly. The reason this is done is to stop people spamming to get 15 posts and gaining access to the premium renders section forever after. Its basically just a reward for active people.
