Rather Joe chooses to sell it or not - something drastic is going to be taking place within the next 8 months. Joe will be out of 'High School'(whatever the british call it), and will be off to university. He will not have time to handle the amount of work he currently does.

Either the GR members are going to have to wise up and actually follow the rules/guidelines in place - or its going to be getting worst around here.

I would offer him $1,000 and a beer for Dave(of his own choosing). I already coded skin, he didn't like it :P

If i owned GameRenders, i would implement some of my past ideas and work on bringing prestige back to Sig of the Week and Global moderators. I would also threaten to ban MaynardsTOOL & Irrelevant if they didn't help me with Sotw :P

$1000 - imho its worth it
sort out a couple of problems with it such as creds (reduce the amount)
word of mouth is always the best way forward encourgae users to promote the site, with bonus should those peope join up as prem members/contrubute to the site (min number of posts)

    :P Daz

    1) I would pay ONE BILLION dollars

    2) I would make it into a porn site

    3) hot chicks

no real need for a tmplt though... content would sell it.

I disagree. The high cost of running the site would keep the price down, along with maintence, and the new owner would most likely have to pay someone who knew what they were doing in order to continue to run it. If they implented a way to bring in alot of revenue, it would most likely be in the form of advertising/ads on the board - which would just drive off the regulars and the website would die.

    The end,
    Andrew
