What Would The Sentence Be ..

If one murdered another human being. And you are 15 years of age.

 

in the Netherlands you would probly get 2 years and psychiatric help, 2 years of prison is maximum for people under 18.
but if the situation requires it, you could be judged as an adult and get anything depending from 10 years to lifetime...

 

Kind of a weird quistion to ask, but dinges said it.

It could link me back to my location, to this computer, to my family and my house & would turn into major evidence. I'd use my head for murder not GR .

Jail sentances are retarted.
Someone deals drugs, they get 15 years. Somone else beats a 4 year old to death, they get 4 years.

Lol Nicasus .. well it really depends on the murder itself .. if you just shoot him in the head or stab him .. might be as dinges said in his post .. but if you torchered him then raped him then stabbed then burn him .. that would be alot longer than 2 years

 

1st degree murder is most likely around 20 years I believe.
So make it look like an accident
