What To Use For Vector?

not to be just random/rude, would this be in the new forum GFX talk?

 

Hey, I've been saying you CAN vector with PS

Maybe it's just because it's a curved area and you have it blown up so much.

 

o i kno im just saying if blurring was the case the whole image would be blurred
im no vector artist far from it so who knows

Anyway yeah, anything else you tried to increase that much would be totally and completely hopelessly pixelated and blurred.

I think i got the answer.
In order to create a true vector with photoshop you must set the mode of the pen tool (or whatever other tool for vectors) to "shape layers" mode.


By doing this you will see in the layer window that you have created shapes and not simple rasters.


It worked for me.
