To cut all the hassle of time zones, I'll tell you this: I get 1/2 hour of sleep at night in bed, and sleep about 3 hours of school.
School week Go to bed: 9pm-10pm Wake Up: 4:45am-5:50am Summer/Weekends Go to bed: whenever Wake Up: whenever
Sleep @ 5-6am sometimes 7am or later Wake @ 2ish pm. I don't go to school, I work and it's a 4pm-12am shift so it's ok.
